SPRAYING SYSTEMS’ AccuCoat heated spray system provides precise temperature control and accurate application of the coating solution on the target with minimal waste. It uses a closed-loop temperature control to ensure liquid temperature is maintained and waste caused by coatings that are too warm or too cool is eliminated. The controller monitors multiple temperature sensors and makes automatic adjustments as needed to maintain the desired temperature. Liquid lines and spray nozzles are fully jacketed; air lines can be heated as well, if necessary.
